This subtle sake has a bright citrus, lemon lime character, hints of marshmallow and a slight herbal quality.
Polished to 68%, well beyond its categorical requirement, and using Gohyakumangoku rice for the koji, this sake is
medium bodied with classic melon notes and finishing quite dry.
