Yumenokaori rice is a highly regarded rice grown in the local area of Aizu Wakamatsushi. This bottling uses 100%
Yumenokaori rice. Fresh, pure, and complex aromas flower shop, fresh snow, honeydew melon, wet rock
and a hint of bubblegum. Bright and intriguing flavors of anise, ripe melon, white chocolate, and a mid palate ripeness.
This sake has medium acidity, is dry to off-dry, and has a long clean finish.
Tsurunoe is a very traditional, small brewery founded in 1794. It was originally intended for making miso and
soy sauce. The water is classically soft, and they use only locally grown rice. The reflection of their technique
is to brew a sake that begins with a big mouthfeel, that lasts long and slowly, beautifully fading away in the
mouth. Aizu Chushou sake are aged, this process allowing the sake to softe become more flavorful and
