Great evening before sailing with Ken and Emi Tominaga, starting with a tour of the Crystal Symphony Ship and Kitchen.  

Next stop was the Umi Uma Sushi Bar…  

Followed by a fabulous dinner at Prego Italian Restaurant and a night cap at the sultry Connoisseurs Club, smoking cigars and drinking cognac!  Thanks Ken and Emi for a great send off!! 

While on board, we shared some incredible evenings with the Somms on Crystal Symphony! 

No working 9-5 on the ship, it’s more like 10am until 12 mIdnight for this amazing Sommelier crew, but somehow there’s always time for late night tasting and a squeezing in a little Sake 101 with Boris Aletic, Head Sommelier and his staff.
